Prices must be as individual as each and every text is. Depending on the difficulty and length of your text, I will gladly make you a non-binding offer. Please send me and excerpt of the document you need translated by e-mail and I will get back to you shortly.
If the original text is in German, prices are commonly charged per line (= 55 characters, spaces included). If the original text is in English, the price is commonly charged per word, and Japanese texts are charged per character. Prices are always calculated from the source text.
For proofreading or layout jobs, I charge an hourly rate of 40 EUR. This is also the minimum charge for small orders.
The attestation fee for certified translations is 5 EUR per document.
In accordance with §19 Abs. 1 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), I do not charge VAT, therefore all quoted prices are final prices.
